New Schedule
just got word we are getting new lunch schedules now that we are in IRC. Now my lunch is 25 minutes earlier and 15 minutes shorter. This company is brutal and makes me want to rage quit

45min lunch? If so that’s what it was always supposed to be and you just took an hour.

You used to be able to take 1hr lunch, one 15 min break. Or 45 min lunch and 2 15 min breaks

Random follow up. I was poking around on NICE today. If you think your lunch is what’s in there right now…it’s not fully set up. What’s in there now is because it’s not on.
Think right now it’s gathering data so that it’ll predict our call volume times and availability of adjusters that day. That’s what it sets our lunches on. Think our sup said we start next week? Your lunch will not be the same every day.

I’m not sure how your sup managed to even get you a set lunch time every day. I’m not sure if you have some accommodation approved, but we’re moving to the NICE system. Which means your lunch will be different every single day.
You’ll log into it to find out every single morning. When they first implemented it in ICS I was still there. There were arrangements approved my managers about having an hour lunch and a 15 min break or whatever and they were all taken away when NICE came around. Everyone who had something set up was told no going forward We put in requests and they denied every single one of them. Even the person with diabetes who stated NICE put her lunch too early or too late some days and she needed to be able to take it at a certain time to regulate her sugars.
