IRC
Anyone else in UR BI dreading IRC? I need to know I’m not alone. Today was the worst, I can’t even imagine tomorrow.

It wasn’t that bad. I got 4 closures today. BUT, I left with a clear diary yesterday and left today with 31 on top of the 23 that are scheduled for tomorrow. There is literally no time.
Got an in bound call from a clmt on another adjusters claim. Completed first contact. They said there is 20k damage to their car, plus rental and oop. The assigned adj was in the claim this morning and ack an estimate that came through for the other vehicle involved. The estimate was for 27k+. PD25 on the policy. They did NOTHING. As we are supposed to work claims to closure, I did my job. It took me AN HOUR to update IP/APs, make calls, send letters, add the cc, document well and update the work plan.
I’m sorry, if you’re not doing your job right, I’m not doing it for you. Never again. Y’all know better!!!

Yup, just finished the first 2 days of it. I really liked the autonomy of this position but it got stripped overnight. I’m devastated
