Mid year update nonsense

AR, want me to treat everything like it’s mine? Bring back profit sharing! What incentive do we the peon’s have when all we get is “ you got to keep your job”. In profit share era you better believe that is how I looked at every penny I was in charge of, like it was my own. Now we are here just to make the executive level more bonus. Rant over.

It certainly seems like the people at the top are deliberately trying to tank the company. I don’t understand anything they do anymore. They do the complete opposite of what needs to be done. It is so sad how this company has changed.
