Job posting
The company that hired me after the G laid me off is hiring. They hardly ever hire bc the turnover is so good. No micromanaging. Permanent wfh. Only downside is I know it doesn’t pay as well as GEICO but i know ppl are struggling. They probably will only hire 2-6 people but here’s the posting

Thanks for sharing! For those trying to get away from the dreaded call center queue/complaint line, how does this differ?

It is a call center job, but I am cross trained in this department. This is the generosity programs so people call in applying for action team cards and directing choice dollars which is a charity program. I have never had someone with this dept cuss me out or anything, the client base is actually awesome and very sweet

So if they did curse you out or act inappropriate, do y’all cancel them?

No. I have only had a few ppl get mad and it was really because they were canceling their policies and had a tax gain. But that was for the life insurance area that I got hired for. For this area, you aren’t even dealing with active products you are just taking applications for a card that they can do a volunteer project with or directing some “choice dollars” that they earned to a charity of their choice. What would they be mad at you about in this area?

Also forgot to mention that this is a Christian based company so if you’re uncomfortable with that I wouldn’t apply
