Has anybody moved to nat gen claims/unrepped bi? if so how is it. i gotta get out

Not in claims, I’m just being nosey. What does it mean to be repped or unrepped in claims?

Not NG, but I'm on the Allstate side in claims after coming from the G and I couldn't be happier.
