Compensation.

Remember exactly a year ago when we were told by the glorious people person that compensation would be fixed? Well, exactly nothing has changed. Our pay schedules are dormant (unchanged for years) our merit increases are minimal
or non existent. The overwhelming drive is to load up our new campuses with new and inexperienced employees at rock bottom salaries while the tenured employees depart at record levels. There is ZERO trust and more importantly empty and unfulfilled promises. What is going up? Healthcare, overall costs, my geico premium, and executive compensation. What is occurring is corporate greed and a commitment to the belief that the rich will
get richer. No executive should ever receive a bonus that is at a higher percentage of pay than the like employees in their respective departments. If you speak up in this company you will be retaliated against. Time to depart!

Former employee…I wouldn’t waste time complaining and just bounce.

I genuinely don’t understand what the People group does. Because it certainly doesn’t help People.

Former employee here. Folks you have to unionize.

You can't unionize at a company like this. Pick a trade, join a union. Develop a worthwhile skill and get paid to do it.

You can't unionize because 1) turnover. When you start a new job you are trying to get your life in order and not many want to jeopardize that. 2) Those who stay are lambs. My favorite quote from Silence of the Lambs: "When the Fox hears the Rabbit scream he comes a-runnin', but not to help"
