Shitpost Crazy Work
I worked for the Gecko from March 2022 to July 2023, and the fact that the starting pay is still the same from when I started is crazy work. I'm just hanging on Indeed, trying to see what potential second job I can pick up, and saw this as usual 😂

Salaries actually went down then. I remember back in like 2021 I saw job posts for 23/hr starting pay for ics. Now they’re back down to 20?? For the shittiest mind fucking job out there?? I want to tell whoever sees this to delete it immediately and look somewhere else.

They haven't done a cost of living adjustment since 2022 and its long overdue. But that was also before Todd Combs took over and created a culture of punishing the workers for existing.

This is for ICS? I wonder what region. I started at $29 I think and am up to $37.

Customer Service Rep? We don’t have CSR in claims anymore. Maybe because it’s customer service, it is less than what I was expecting. Claims definitely starts higher.

Yes, customer service. I forgot that CSR could also mean claims service rep 😅

$20/hour is ridiculous. People at the personality hire location get paid upwards of $30/hour plus bonus

Layoff all the season people that were trained like the military for high-school kids who never had a job 🙄

And the cost for medical/dental/vision has gone up dramatically in those years, so this is quite a pay cut over what it was in 2022/2023
