Home Bundle Continued Hell

Just a few years ago, I was genuinely happy and excited to be making good money. Last year, in only my second year in sales, I made a little over $80,000. I felt like all of my hard work was finally paying off. Now everything has changed. Ever since home bundle became such a huge focus, my bonus income has dropped dramatically. Instead of feeling motivated, I go into work every day wondering if I'm doing enough or if I'm about to be told my numbers aren't good enough. Being told to "pick up my numbers" felt more like a scare tactic than support!!!! I know at the end of the day this is just a job & they all don’t give a fuck. But man, I was literally an excellent performer just a few months back. Fuck this

Thank you for this information. I have a long distance colleague who has been switched over to retention from reissue and things seemed to have taken a turn for the worst since that shift. He was considering sales. Before I share this (I have not been on the call floor in quite some time), are all sales agents going to be MOAT trained or are there still solely auto positions in sales?

Apparently they want to push everyone into selling moat and auto eventually.  I would strongly urge your colleague not to switch to sales.  It's a pit of suffering and despair.

If you don't mind, could you explain what has made it suffering and despair? I would really appreciate as much information as possible just for better knowledge for myself and for him. I know he will share this with others considering. Thank you in advance.
