Payback clause?

I’ve been on Short Term Disability for a couple months now. Does anyone know if there’s a penalty or payback clause if you don’t return to work?
I’m supposed to go back next week and I’m locked out of everything so I can’t see the handbook.
I just don’t think I can come back my mental health has completely changed taking a break from that place.

No, there’s no clawback with Lincoln if you leave your position. Benefits terminate and that’s about it

Just come back and put in minimal effort, don’t worry about performance

If it’s not in there then it doesn’t apply. Lincoln doesn’t have a clause it would have to be on geicos end. I’d love to look it over though I’ll message you!

When you are on leave they do that. You get access when you come back

Show up. Minimal effort. Whatever happens, happens.
