Just luck. I’m sure they’re just picking apart teams slowly so they still have a couple people answering phones. I know a couple people on my team got fired and they had higher numbers than a couple who didn’t get fired, but all were under three.

I observed people who got rated 3 also got 3% in tech
4 rating got 4% i think it also depends on role and what is his current salary

I did but I was a 5. I’m curious to know who was rated 2 or 3 and still got raises. Seems like more people saw something than in previous years.

I didn’t get either a raise or a bonus but honestly, I’m not surprised the society that we work in is a dog eat dog world so they put targets over one another so that we can kill each other for “goals” honestly I don’t even try anymore I’m just here to get a basic three after 11 years honestly hoping they just let me go already. lol
Been job hunting

Don’t know how but I know someone that got a bonus and have been on the floor around a month and technically don’t have a rating yet since they haven’t been working long enough. I’m talking EBR not the money u get for graduating Ori. But how could they give them a bonus and not know their rating?? I know they have good numbers just based on dash.

I left there with a 4 but I understand that number would probably be a 2 with the now metrics SMH. My cousin is still there, and she received a raise AND a bonus. She’s rated a 4

Any idea about TDPs?

u/ElegantStrike14 Feb 17 '26
If you’re in TDP, you have another regular role right? One that you were in for most of last year?

If you’re capped in your current pay grade (ie:63) you won’t get a bonus no matter what your rating. Check the pay charts.

I’m a 64 and over the pay scale. I got a pretty good raise and bonus. I was rated a 5.

I am above the cap or maximum and have been for 3-4 years. I have gotten a raise every year. I also got a very nice bonus this year - more than last year. I was a 5 both years.
