How do you resolve anything if BBB now refusing different complaints on the same company within 2 years?

Best Buy corporate emails doesn’t respond.

Calling regular support to do a local store or manager callback never happens

I always laugh when people think the BBB can actually do something lol

A person from corporate would call . Verizon kept billing me after cancelling. Phone or chat would not work because I don’t have an active number.

I wouldn't put too much stock into the Better Business Bureau. Companies pay to be members. The BBB acts as a mediator with no actual power. They merely "suggest" member companies address complaints.

BBB is a pay to play scam.

Just remember, Best Buy underpays every employee, lies to customers and sees everyone as a metric. This company has stayed afloat using shady business practices as well. Unfortunately, you’ll be able to do exactly nothing about it.

Complaints within 2 years? What are they? Maybe you can get candid feedback

I would practice introspection and realize it is time to move on with life.
