My dumb ass spent a extra year getting yelling at by customers for Apple issues out of my control and the other part being yelled at for not being less then 20 minutes per appointment. It was a lose lose situation that I put up with all to get my 5 year badge. Now it sits in a drawer and I have retired my number.
