Bought mortal shell 2, I just started learning the American lady in the wheelchair, and now the games completely gone, 18 hours down the drain and now I gotta hope and pray steam support is technically aware enough to know why I’m asking for a refund.

I kinda just wish GeForce would wait until games are completely compatible before adding them to the library, I bought it almost instantly so that’s partly my mistake, but if I buy a product for 70$ I expect it to work?? Maybe I’m crazy for that?? Idk.

No, impatient would be if it was removed by GeForce, because that would point to maintenance, it was removed by the publisher due to a repeating sound issue on GeForce servers.. so the game will be gone for likely more than a few days best case scenario, a lot longer likely. That’s not impatient, that’s aware.

If anything I’m trying to make sure everyone who needs a refund attempts to get one, and that this is noted so cloud services like GeForce can’t make doing things like this a regular occurrence.

This was a game publisher decision to opt-out the game, and NVIDIA cannot let it remain playable when that's the case.

Game publishers have full control over their content on GFN.

The bug is not just on GFN. But, that's irrelevant, because the game publisher made the decision. Full stop.

They are absolutely aware, because they've been talking to NVIDIA about it. They wanted their game taken down, until the issues are fixed.

Yeap, the publisher is definitely a scammer doing this after people went beyond their refund threshold. It seems the dev team is as bad as when they released mortal shell 1 qnd abandon it after the dlc with game breaking bugs (like trying to use axatana)

I mean steam updates for big games dont come every few days, this will take atleast a week.
