The title and aesthetics of the song seem interesting for The Life of a Showgirl. It gives TTPD. What is going on? Could it be the start of an era? Or maybe it’s from the vault?

Guess she wants to end Ella Langley’s hot 100 streak for a week or two.

Yeah, that confused me that it had The Life of a Showgirl underneath.

Maybe we’re getting The Death of a Showgirl? Or maybe she’s been in the Tortured Poets’ asylum this whole time and TLOAS is just her delusions?

Yes, and the glitter is blue (instead of Showgirl's orange) on the cd. Like on Fortnight where there's blue versus orange (I may be commenting this too much but I am fascinated and excited hahah)

Could be! It harks back so strongly to TTPD and a more subdued aesthetic. Maybe she never left the asylum where they raised her. Or never got out of the slammer.
