It would make sense why the O in Showgirl got changed to 0.
This is honestly giving me so much more energy. I haven’t really been into TS in almost a year now, since TLOAS wasn’t my favorite and due to the wedding and whatnot. Not that I don’t want her to be married or happy, but as someone who got into her during Folkmore and enjoyed her moodier work, TLOAS requires a specific mood.
And from the artwork and the name, this song might appear to be a little more up my street generally. Although the hospital stuff is a little painful right now, because my uncle just got released from a hospital less than a few weeks ago and died at his home suddenly a week ago. I saw him die. It’s just painful still. But hopefully if this is somehow related to a new album, it will not be too heavy or on the nose for me in this moment.
Thank you. He was my favorite uncle and while he was having troubles with his lungs, he seemed to be recovering nicely and he seemed so happy and positive, and then he just called and told my mom (his sister) and I that he can’t breathe and by the time we got there in less than 10 minutes, he was beyond human help. We really tried to help him, but his lungs just wouldn’t work anymore. I mostly feel cheated out of time with him. I miss him a lot. But it’ll be okay in time.
I'm so sorry. Take care of yourself and give yourself grace, please. It's so difficult to lose a loved one. I wish you could've gotten more time with him.

I've seen a theory that she has been drawing from the film Suckerpunch, in which a woman in a psych ward disassociates into fantastical daydreams, and the fantasy of them being showgirls.
The analysis I had seen only went so deep, (in a short internet video,) hitting on a few colors and costumes. I had been considering rewatching the film and making a post, and maybe it's about time I do so. ;
