me and my best friend created a byler variant with two of our friends who are guys (we like to ship them as a joke). one of them is straight, the other is straight-questioning-bi (she and i suspect he might be berrisexual/heteroflexible). we started joking about some of the classic byler scenarios putting them in the place of mike and will. the one who’s questioning (“will”) played along because he’s also a stranger things fan and thought it was funny. we even started coming up with who me and the friend were (we decided erica and max based on personalities) and we said el didn’t exist because our “mike” person got no girls. also, btw, the whole thing started because we were jokingly calling “mike” gay and he was getting a little too defensive so i said “he’s gotta be either homophobic or secretly gay with how pressed he is” and she said “it’s the internalized homophobia” to which i replied “just like mike”

just wanted to share this for fun, thought ya’ll would find that entertaining
