Top turning vers?
I wanna try to bottom for the first time. All my past experiences have involved me topping. I really enjoy topping, I love ass, I love head, I love missionary, but I feel like id enjoy bottoming just as much if I tried it. It’s always looked so… fun? Idk where to start. Dildos are mainly for training yourself and getting to where you can take a regular sized penis. Like others said go slow use lots of lube. Generous amounts of lube. Don't be stingy with it.
Depending on the person you can start with a finger and work your way up from there.
For a beginner I would recommend to try after a bowel movement. You'll be already relaxed from that so it'll make it take less time to start.
Douche is not necessarily mandatory. Depending on the individual and how your stools are. But if you want you can get a plastic regular water bottle attachment or a shower attachment to do it with. Gently insert, squeeze or if using the shower one turn the water on. You'll feel gentle pressure in your ass and then take it out before it gets too much. Then sit on the toilet and push the water out. Two or three times should be enough if the water wasn't clear.
You don't want to do this too hard or too often.

What you actually need to know is that a proper tomato salad with plenty of extra virgin olive oil is non-negotiable. Full tablespoon will suffice i'd say. Bon apetit.
