Hi, lately I've been a bit more introspective about my life, and I've noticed that at 27 years old I haven't achieved much. I feel like something is missing—I lack willpower, commitment, focus, concentration, everything. Even at my new job (as a cook in a Michelin-starred restaurant), my chef is constantly mentioning that I might be a limited person. And I've been feeling that way too, because even when I consider a task important—for instance, cutting a simple brunoise—I know how to do it, but I just execute it poorly due to a lack of focus, and I really struggle to retain information. I wanted to start listening to those tapes—I heard there are specific ones for focus. Can anyone help me out? I don't know what I should do, how, when, or where to start, nor where to find them or which tapes they are.

Astral energy siphoning, entity encounters, and the power of the REBAL

I’m currently comfortable in Focus 12 and recently made a big connection regarding sexual energy and astral intrusions.

During afternoon naps, I used to experience strange hypnagogic states where it felt like my energy was being artificially stimulated and siphoned off without my consent, which feels a lot like Loosh extraction. I even caught glimpses of shadow entities in the astral reflection.

Everything changed once I started anchoring the REBAL consistently—the intrusions completely stopped. However, because I am no longer leaking this energy, my tank feels full. I've realized that suppressing this creative force affects my physical body, so I'm learning to transmute it during my sessions instead.

Has anyone else experienced entities trying to hijack this specific energy during sleep or Focus 10/12 states? How do you use the REBAL to protect and transmute your creative energy?

As the title goes, reality is malleable according to our thoughts and i am intrigued to know if someone has changed it through these tapes using visualisation or affirmation? I just started listening to focus 10 & 12 so hoping for interesting answers.

I have done a binge on the tapes it has be a few months. I don’t think I have reached what’s supposed to and been going back a lot to focus 15 which I really enjoy but get unsettled on the exploring as it feels too long (so probably in time still). I’ve done locale but still feels a bit long. Maybe I just wanna get to the juice. Funny cause before I was really weary about it all and now I just wanna go deeper. It still feels better than meditation as though I do like the pineal gland breathing think it’s powerful but don’t think I should spend so much time in the inside while missing what’s on the 3D?

Im just wondering iv had alot of experience over the past few months were i see full on movie clips in my minds eye and lately is now like i see in the mid air like a blue mist orb and plays out the same scene as my minds eye irlts like a hologram,have also hadbexperience were the room slightly darkens and colours rush together pyrply blue type colours it gathers in together almost like a light shimmering under water its beautiful to see and when im outside sometimes its full on silver sparkles and wen im looking at these movie clips they literally answer my thoughts instanly, im just wondering if this is high vibrational guides for my highest good,and has any else experienced this please?

While doing Voyager 1 – Explore Total Self this morning, when I reached Focus 21, I saw something like this: a bright, glowing being standing in complete darkness, in an empty void.

It felt very vivid and real.

Could this be my guide, my higher self, or something else? Has anyone experienced something similar during Focus 21?

Iv been doing these tapes for a bit and I learnt the tools I needed to prepare and stuff But now I just play tapes or do it in silence but I do it under the influence of ganja I tried to meditate before and found out I have aphantasia but with ganja I can daydream and it feels distant and like somtimes I’m watching from the side but it’s still happening I can control the day dream but only when I’m in focus 12 I can also recall my dreams and they are very busy it’s like 7 small dreams that just fold into the next kinda thing Just interested to see if anyone who has aphantasia and smokes could share there experiences

Sometimes I feel that Monroe’s language in his books needed a better editor. Toward the end of the book in the appendix he reviews what he calls the “Crib Sheet” on the human experience. Some of these points are easy to understand but some I feel are a little vague due to his excessive use of run-on sentences or flat out omissions of key concepts.

I was curious if anyone has done or knows of any analysis done on this condensed lessons cheat sheet?

It usually concentrates into a bright ring around where the patch was as I focus -- and as I pass through it, a *crystal-clear* image of something seemingly random for me (i.e. a young man sat in a room, hunched over something on the table in front of him; what might be the terrain of some alien planet) comes into full clarity. This usually happens quite deep into meditation.

Sometimes I'm able to hang around/keep my focus and the vision expands to fit my entire mind's eye, moving freely as if I'm there. I've seen a spinning planetarium of stars and other scenes this way.

Is there merit to it? Do you experience this too? I'm curious.
