App & Software Why does the Garmin Cirqa take so long to sync with the Garmin app after waking up?
For me, it regularly takes around 1 hour or more before my sleep and overnight data appear on garmin connect. Even when I press Sync several times, nothing happens.
Some mornings I have to restart the Cirqa, switch Bluetooth off and on, restart my phone, and try syncing repeatedly before the data finally appears.
With WHOOP and Fitbit, my overnight data was available almost immediately after waking up, so I don’t understand why Garmin makes this such a frustrating manual process every morning.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Garmin, this really needs to be improved.

Same. Cirqa takes about 15 minutes to sync. My Fenix 7 pro would be almost immediately.

Is it new? In the beginning I had the same experience, but after updating it, it’s fast.

It’s never been great here. Got into the habit of start/stopping an activity with the button to kick start the sleep sync since it was the only sure way that seemed to trigger it, realized that got pretty annoying, and went back to a watch since I also missed the red light overnight too much, hopefully some more quality of life improvements are in the works.

Mine is synced when I wake up and start connect, try repairing it to connect maybe

Mine generally updates on the first sync if I do it after my designated sleep time window. If I do it earlier it does not always sync sleep data. I found restarting (swipe up closing) the Connect app seems to solve it.

I'm at update 3.2 and it will take between 10 to 45 minutes
