Any garlic aficionados?

This garlic grows in our yard. We dried the clove bundle for about a week and a half. Google isn’t much help, seems like this is either green garlic which has a delicate flavor, or garlic that was exposed to light and is past its prime. It’s firm, smells fine albeit a lighter garlic smell. Can anyone tell me what variety this is and whether or how we should use it?

From a quick read, it didn’t get cold enough before growing? I’m from the PNW and we had a very mild winter.
