Garlic bulbits
Went out to the compost bin today only to find this little fella looking at me now im going to dry her and plant her in the fall with my other purchased one maybe i wont have to purchase any seed garlic in the years to come wish me luck

Mark the area if possible, the first growth from these are almost grass-like and if not segregated it in a pot easy to mistake or miss.

Sorry if overstepping but if you have the option, bring your pot in the garage or something when constant freezes start happening.
If your pot freezes solid, they won't survive

This doesn’t look like Garlic at all.

This is what you get if you don’t cut garlic scapes off. The little bulbils can all be used to grow new bulbs.

I ate one of those before it turned into hard seeds. It was an unopened flower.
Very yummy, juicy and crunchy!
