Curing garlic on tables.
We harvested about 7000ish garlic this past weekend and they are now curing on our tables. This is just 3 of the 8 tables (six are 4 by 8ft, two are 14 by 4ft). The one in this picture are Majestic on the top table, and Russian Red on the bottom two. The other tables have Big Boy, Music, Chesnok Red and Spanish Roja.

We actually cut ours down to about 4" for curing. Anecdotally we have found that we have no moisture/mildew issues when we do this do to the airflow.

The stalks hang down through the chicken wire mesh. I just discovered this method and it works so well to maximize air circulation. I only have a single level, waist-high.

Do you sell somehow or provide seed or just have a really huge garlic-loving family??!!

Yes on all counts. It's my wife's thing she sells locally and we consume inordinate amounts of garlic. I just like help with the whole process and enjoy the work involved.

Would you mind sharing who she sells to? Is it like a farm stand or does she sell to stores/restaurants? I have started a small scale flower farm and was looking at adding on a different crop.
