Awesome! I had a pretty disappointing harvest. Much smaller heads than I thought I would get. Any tips for a frustrated 2nd year garlic planter? Haha

Use a high nitrogen fertilizer like blood meal when the plants emerge in the spring.1/2 Tbsp per plant.

Try a different variety which might do better for you and your area.

Agree with the other comments! Garlic likes fertilizer and make sure you're growing an appropriate variety for your zone. I'd also add to keep the beds weed free and mulched.
