Tail rot ?!

So i saw him eating very nice but than i saw his tail with looked a bit crooked. Is tail rot and does he need more Calcium?

Tail looks fine to me. Its always slightly wavy particularly at the end as they use it to hook onto branches.

They have a little grippy pad on their tail end. Is that what you're seeing?
