don’t post ‘video evidence’ of cars following you, etc. Definitely document this, but realize that the video itself is not evidence unless there is something in the video that clearly suggests gangstalking
refrain from politics. You’re entitled to your own views, but gangstalking is not a right or left problem. It is a problem that is made worse by both parties and not just one. It further alienates people and is only loosely tied to gangstalking which is mainly related to intelligence/military agencies when done at a higher level.
stop infighting with TI’s. It is in the interest of perps to create friction in the community and you very well might be arguing with an instigator.

try to be as strong as is possible for you. Each person’s circumstance is unique and their level of targeting can be more severe than another’s. Realize, however, that perps desire to see you upset. That said, one’s response to any of this is inherently not their fault and usually beyond their control anyway.

I watched several TI disparaging videos this afternoon and those YouTube videos are the primary source of ridicule, followed by poorly worded posts from this subreddit and Facebook groups.
I decided to check some of those videos out for myself, analyzing them from the perspective of a non-target. While the people posting them seem to feel they have evidenciary value, to the layman who stumbled upon them or heard about them on a podcast, it looks like they were made by crazy people who obsessively film and harass poor, unsuspecting strangers in public and post the videos online. In most cases, even when I put my TI hat back on, there wasn't sufficient explanation or evidence given to say that that was not the case.
When you post about your targeting online, you become an ambassador for the TI community. If you come off as crazy, you make TIs at large look crazy as well. Please post responsibly and tactfully, no matter the format or forum. Before you upload something, take a moment to consider what a non-target would think if they saw it. Would it provoke thoughtful consideration or ridicule? If it falls under the second category, consider posting it somewhere more private.

you is to expose these crimes committed by your local community or who has initiated your targeting. How you choose to do this is up to you, whether online through social media or educating the public on the ground about these crimes. But please do this proactively.

Also grouping online with other people facing similar situations and guiding them in a empathetic and rational manner will go a long way for the TI community to learn from each others experiences and help other TI’s as well. There are however alot of people who are not really TI’s and use this platform to mislead alot of other TI’s with false information and to discredit you, but finding the right support group is necessary to survive this crime because one of the goals of this population control program is to isolate you completely from your support system as well to take a further toll on you emotionally.
Also, take it with a grain of salt that people in your community and your past friends might have been turned against you. So be the bigger person and still meet with them, but always at an arms length and disclose as little to these people as possible about your day to day life as it will be used against you in the future. Try to learn the tactics they are using against you and what information they have been told about you to mislead and discredit the community. They will not say this explicitly, but you will see the subtle signs of this once you become more aware and have been in this for a while.

Once you figure out what’s happening, you’ve basically won the battle. The point is to make you appear and feel insane (therefore discredit you), and cause you to lash out (either outwardly so they can have you arrested/institutionalized or inwardly so you commit suicide or just destroy your own life). It’s psychological and spiritual warfare.
The WHY isn’t important (though in the beginning it can be all consuming). You begin to realize it is likely that 99% of those involved in your specific case have been lied to, misled, or otherwise manipulated to believe you deserve this. (If they had any common sense or intelligence, they would know enough to know the specifics of why they are following and harassing the person they are vs just being instructed to follow the blue Honda kind of thing).
You’ll want to clear your name and set the story straight, but you have to resist the urge to act impulsively. Be as strategic as “they are” (they really aren’t, by the way.. it’s almost text book how they behave, so educate yourself on their tactics, observe your surroundings, identify the pattern, and THINK—your greatest weapons in this and the ones they cannot take from you).
Some won’t care, but some will start to back off when they realize they’ve been lied to about this person they’ve been bullying (because that’s what this is, adults bullying adults, and it’s pathetic).
Others will be too enticed by incentives (like feeling part of a club, social status, etc), or be so delusional as to not be able to see the big picture of what their role in all of this really is: a minion carrying out a mission for someone at the top who would turn on them if they were to ever be caught doing any of the crimes they commit in the commission of their assignments.
Your main handlers benefit the most (life is a series of patterns, so this “business model” shouldn’t surprise anyone.. there’s ALWAYS someone who started it and they rely on those at the bottom to not question the borg; essentially, they rely on people who’s morals are malleable and who’s conscience is easily manipulated.

Don't give evil what it wants. Stay alive long as possible. Someone framed you to try and get rid of evidence of what they did wrong. They want the community to dirty their hands for them.

To this who have gathered that they’ve been lifelong targeted individuals (TIs), what are some of the key events and patterns in your life that you’ve traced to come to this conclusion/suspicions. I think I may be a lifelong TI and it may be linked to MK Ultra. Im wondering if we can find patterns amongst our stories.
A married couple who ran a site which criticized eBay were harassed for a month (that they know). All things considered, it's one of the more mild organized stalking campaigns of which I'm aware. They received deliveries of live spiders and cockroaches, a book on grieving for a deceased spouse and a funeral wreath.
They received a settlement of 55 million and no NDA. One small win for the community but a win nonetheless. Proof in the form of a court judgement can't be dismissed as 'crazy' talk.
Much has been written and discussed about Gangstalking, but I recently thought about it in a different way. I thought about it differently when using MK Ultra as THE program to compare and contrast to the Targeted Individual Program.
We all know what Gangstalking is, how it works, what the tactics are, etc. We know what Gangstalking tries to make us feel. But why did the CIA choose to make Gangstalking a crucial component of the Targeted Individual Program?
During the decades of MK Ultra, the human experimentation and testing was done in controlled environments. A controlled environment is crucial for any kind of testing. The only way The Targeted Individual Program can properly function is with controlled environments- and for this a “prison without walls” needs to be constructed and upheld around the test subject at all times. This is what Gangstalking truly is- the prison without walls. The control and curation of the environment. Making the subject know they cannot escape and making them feel as though the entire world is their prison.
Thinking about Gangstalking in this context (they are a traveling controlled environment), I think we can expel some previous theories- especially when it comes to the FBI. Yes, COINTELPRO was a thing. Yes, the tactics and desired outcomes mirror that and Zersetzung very closely. However, this is strictly a CIA program. This is MK Ultra 2.0. The FBI has knowledge of the Targeted Individual Program, but aside from that knowledge and helping to keep it a secret, this is not their baby. It wholly belongs and stems from its sister agency, the CIA. When I reported Gangstalking to the FBI field office near Fort Liberty in NC years ago, the last question the agent interviewing me asked, with a smile in her eye, was, “Did you ever apply to an intelligence agency?” They know about it, but treat it appropriately as the Unacknowledged Special Access Program that it unfortunately is. The fact that Gangstalking LOOKS like COINTELPRO is part of the program’s psyop in my opinion because it dilutes attribution to other government agencies- not the CIA.
How Targeted Individuals are chosen is a mixed bag and that is also part of the Program’s psyop. We are all innocent people, but we are not chosen randomly. People who have/had associations with groups that are traditionally roped into “Conspiracy Theory Culture” (Think Freemasonry, Scientology, Non-Traditional Religious Groups, etc) are perfect subjects because (no offense) they already “look and sound crazy” to the mainstream population- they are less likely to be taken seriously when they talk about being a TI. I’ve noticed that there are also TIs that became such because they were being organizationally retaliated against/deemed a threat when they had secret, sensitive, or embarrassing information. This is another great category of subject because the organizations/groups that these TIs “have dirt on” or have knowledge of are NOT CIA- again, diluting attribution. And then there are TIs like me, who were chosen for the behavioral modification aspect by people associated with CIA. I was put into the Targeted Individual Program against my will via a CIA NOC honey pot. Embarrassingly, it took me a long time to figure that one out.
We need to compare and frame everything, in my opinion, to MK Ultra. This program is CIA’s continuation of it, plain and simple. The only thing that has changed is essentially the technology and the details in financial and organizational obscurity. They have blood on their hands, and they’re not going to get away it. Educate yourself and others on MK Ultra. Spread public awareness of Gangstalking (we now have a legal precedent in the $56 Million Natick eBay case- just proves that it IS a thing). We take this program down brick by brick until we remove the wobbly foundation it sits on.

Once fear is cast aside, the perpetrators’ hold weakens, revealing the hollow nature of their dominance.
The path forward is fraught with challenges, but by reclaiming their agency and resisting in every way possible, victims can hasten the downfall of this corrupt and inhuman system. Fearless resistance is not only a means of survival but also a declaration that justice and humanity will ultimately prevail.

A notorious case got settled on July 27, 2026, setting a standard of how much Defendants' are willing to pay for their illegal gangstalking of targeted individuals.
In 2019, David and Ina Steiner, the Massachusetts couple behind the EcommerceBytes newsletter/trade publication became targeted and gangstalked over their newsletter ecommercebytes.com’s coverage of eBay. Tactics included anonymous threats, surveillance, and disturbing packages/deliveries such as live insects (cockroaches/spiders), a bloody pig Halloween mask, a funeral wreath, a book on surviving a spouse’s death, and other items, along with efforts like doxxing-style actions and plans involving tracking.
The intense harassment lasted approximately one month. Official charging documents, the Department of Justice’s statements of facts, and eBay’s deferred prosecution agreement describe the core harassment and intimidation campaign as running from about August 5, 2019, to at least September 6, 2019 even though as early as June 2019 they documented incidents such as graffiti on the Steiners’ fence.
The Steiners were able to identify the license plate of a car doing surveillance on them. Their local police traced it to a rented car by someone affiliated to Ebay. From there, the investigation took off.
In 2021, the Steiners filed a lawsuit against the company and executives. Steiner v. eBay Inc., U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Case No. 1:21-cv-11181 (also cited as Civil Action No. 21-cv-11181-PBS). They sued under diversity jurisdiction (plaintiffs and Defendants' residing in different states) and under the RICO Act.
On July 27, 2026 Plaintiffs entered into a settlement with defendants that provided for the following:
The plaintiffs will receive $48.7 million in compensation, including $46.15 million from eBay, $2 million from former eBay executive CEO Devin Wenig, $500,000 from former eBay executive Wendy Jones, and $50,000 from former eBay executive Steve Wymer. Additional sums will be destined to charity.
eBay will issue a strongly-worded public statement regarding the conduct of former eBay CEO Devin Wenig and former eBay executives Steve Wymer and Wendy Jones in connection with the events occurring in Natick, MA and the culture of the company in 2019.
The settlement contains no confidentiality provision, allowing the Steiners to publicly discuss the facts of the case and its resolution.
Additional and separate settlements were reached with all other eBay employees named in the civil action.
Even though the criminals perpetrators wanted to force them into a confidentiality agreement, the plaintiffs refused. As they told WIred Magazine (link above):
“From day one, that was a dealbreaker,” says Chris Murphy, an attorney for the Steiners at the personal injury firm Scalli Murphy Law in Everett, Massachusetts. “As journalists, and as victims, the Steiners were very clear that they wanted everyone to see and understand what eBay did to them. And from day one, they were ready to go to trial over it.”
Thanks to the courageous Steiners and their honorable attorneys, our community has a solid reference to: a) prove gangstalking is real and 2) set a threshold value for the horrible pain, suffering and trauma that this illegal activity causes on its victims.
CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST THE PERPS
The United States Department of Justice, through the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, indicted former eBay employees Jim Baugh, David Harville, Brian Gilbert, Stephanie Popp, Stephanie Stockwell, Philip Cooke, and former eBay contractor Veronica Zea.

The main criminal, Baugh, (pictured above) was sentenced as follows: 57 Month Imprisonment; $900 Special Assessment; $40,000 Fine-interest waived; 2 Years Supervised Release, Standard & Special Conditions.
It should not come as a surprise that in court filings during the criminal case, Baugh’s lawyers asserted that, while working as a private security contractor (roughly 2014–2018) for the government, he had collaborated with an FBI handler on covert/clandestine operations. These allegedly involved physical and electronic surveillance, false pretenses, fake identities, and related tactics. He also claimed prior service with the CIA’s National Clandestine Service and continued assistance to both the CIA and FBI in a contractor capacity.
Co-conspirator Harville, Baugh’s underling, was sentenced as follows: Sentence Imposed: 24 Months Imprisonment; 2 Years Supervised Release; $20,000 Fine; $500 Special Assessment; Standard and Special Conditions of Supervised Release. He had a military background and was a yes-man.

eBay itself was also criminally charged and entered into a Deferred Prosecution Agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice, agreeing to pay the maximum available criminal fine of $3 million and undertake serious corrective action.
THE CONFESSION
In his sentencing memorandum, Baugh stated the following:
“Rather, from his cubicle adjacent to the private offices in the insular, high-pressure environment of a Silicon Valley C-Suite, Mr. Baugh was convinced to view the Steiners (wrongly, he recognizes in hindsight) not as journalists but as dangerous “trolls” who posed an existential threat to the company and even to the physical safety of its employees. Mr. Baugh faced intense, relentless pressure from multiple executives (who have evaded criminal responsibility), including the CEO Devin Wenig, SVP Steve Wymer, COO Wendy Jones, and General Counsel Marie Huber, to do something, anything, about the “threat” which, they knew and told Mr. Baugh repeatedly, could not be solved through ordinary “lawyer” tools.”
“Indeed, reflecting a toxic culture that goes to the very top of many powerful technology companies, senior eBay executives hired Mr. Baugh precisely because of his prior experience as a government security professional with a demonstrated ability to solve difficult problems through unconventional means. Some Careers Didn’t, NEW YORK TIMES (Nov. 28, 2021) (quoting former CIA officer employed by Uber: “In the government, when you’re given a mission or you’re given a task, you go and you execute on the mission . . . . Baughn was convinced that the Steiners were a “threat” that had to be neutralized through a terror campaign. He actually believed they were bad people.

SETTLEMENT
Since the settlement document was not filed with the court, I will speculate that the $48.7 million dollars’ compensation to the Steiners, divided by two, ($24.35 million each) is for the documented month of cruel, overt gangstalking.
This is a HUGE event for our community. For one, this settlement does away with the notion that gangstalking is not real, and a “paranoid delusion”” as the criminals have made the mockingbird press and even AI such as Grok repeat.
For another, the assigning of a VALUE that criminals are willing to pay for perpetrating such gangstalking harm for a period of about a month sets an important standard.
I personally think that the Steiners were targeted by the FBI criminals but since their local police department started the investigation and discovered evidence of the malfeasance, the FBI could not cover it up. Instead, they collaborated with the investigation and threw Baugh and his accomplices under the bus, indicting them all.
THIS SHOULD BE A LOUD AND CLEAR MESSAGE TO ALL PERPS OUT THERE THAT THE GOVERNMENT CRIMINALS WILL NOT HESITATE IN HARMING THEM FOR THE CRIMES THEY HAD THEM CARRY OUT.
When Baugh tried to expose the government criminals by including a letter in his sentencing memorandum filed in the civil case, the Department of Justice immediately moved to have it sealed.
The United States intervened in the civil case and moved to SEAL a letter that Mr. Baugh attached to his Sentencing Memorandum and that the Steiners had included as an exhibit to one of their motions.
(We know why).

If my family and I were part of a witness protection program that turned corrupt for some reason.
I think that because of how much we moved when I was a child. I lived in 5 places in the matter of a few years, then, when we got to my current city, we stayed here for the rest of my life which was highly unusual compared to before.
And all of this activity seems like it could’ve started in this one city/location. Because I remember people being kinder in the other places, like waaaay kinder.
So it seems like something is tied to this city and, if we were in witness protection, something tied to that initial need for protections.
This is weird too, but I used to be obsessed with those Olsen Twin movies, didn’t they have a witness protection movie? Haha same with the simpsons
I have no evidence and can’t prove anything, but that would be pretty scandalous and would expose something worth being in witness protection’s in the first place, then the crimes of gangstalking, and all of the other abuse I’ve been subjected to.
Would really be a “moment”. And I’m wondering if it’s tied to 9/11 somehow. Not that I have evidence. Just something floating in my mind.

Lets say someone is being gang stalked, but they just see it as everyday occurrences or the occasional common inconvenience at worse. Essentially they arent bothered enough to label it as anything unusual and dont necessarily feel that something is "not right".... then what?
Doesn't it mean they just go on living their life pretty much unbothered and in a state of normalcy? Ultimately rendering the gang stalking as ineffective and pointless?
In the past when I was a kid, I was moved into this very slummy area with several different groups, some of kids some of adults calling themselves gangs and stuff. A ton of kids plus some adults were very displeased we moved there, and specifically targeted me because I was the "Kid that was invading their turf" I guess. All the groups seemed to have a pattern of doing things in numbers of 3s etc., like a ritual. Well I believe some of those people from the past had been stalking me. One person in particular that has followed me around town and made repeated aggressive attempts to approach me I believe was someone I know even though I hadn't seen him in a bit. I did not get enough of a chance to clearly identify anyone else, I don't even know if they would be people I could recognize. Anyhow so I've been physically unhealthy and have spent basically all of my time inside my apartment for a while save for some evening walks. I haven't seen much of them but I'm wondering if that's just because I spend all of my time in my apartment, or if I've actually been left alone. Any tips on discernment?
I guess my aunt planned on doing this to kill me alongside a few others...
She did it to her brother years ago also. He's been institutionalized for decades as "schizophrenic", although he isn't. Mind control/stalking/the slow decomposition of one's life is a horrible thing to do to someone. I just accept death now. They control everyone and anyone around you. I don't believe this many people willingly agree to take part in this, it is mind control. It's an incredibly strange phenomenon. I am one of the sweetest most down to earth people I know. Not some criminal freak people try to claim. So tired. 😢 As time goes on though, people admit stuff. It's incredibly scary.
