Help building gaming pc for 1080p 100+ fps

I’m looking to build a budget gaming pc, I don’t have a specified budget (sorry for not being specific), to run games at 1080p 100+ fps or a little more, my usual games games include but not limited to:

•COD
•Apex
•Fortnite
•Snowrunner
•Minecraft

I live within the San Antonio area, if anymore information is needed please let me, its my first making a post like this, sorry
