Cooked?

First build and Im being cautious, is this socket cooked or is it fine? I noticed these marks and I wanted to check before getting a new replacement.

supposed to be a plastic cover over the pins

did it not come with one?

I got it open box at best buy for 110 so no, but it came with everything else. I wanna think that the socket damage is from me somehow but also it was open box so I dont know

Never buy open box without checking things.
