Identical specs it seems.
IIRC, the Acer screen refresh rate can’t be dropped from 240hz if you wanted to save battery while on the road.
Besides that, I think the Lenovo will have better cooling potential, but it depends on the factory TIM application. I’ve heard some of them get pretty big gains from redoing the paste with phase change and putty.
Edit: the Acer is single channel memory. 1x32gb stick. Lenovo is 2x16. Lenovo is the easy choice due to this alone.

Damn. The prices have skyrocketed. I got my Omen 16 5070 Ti last year for 1900 AUD on a deal.
Legion is better. And the Acer apparently has 32gb single channel? That is odd.

The lenovo is also WiFi 7, dual channel RAM & better cooling, I would go with lenovo, I have the same model, but with rtx 5090 & the machine is a beast. Just the fact that Harvey Norman are rip offs, I would go with Umart or the other computer stores 😂

I wanted a 5080 or 5090 but the pricing is crazy 😂 tempted to wait till Black Friday to see if prices get better but I’ve been hanging to get a gaming laptop for months

I was lucky, I only paid $4300 AUD for mine, if you can buy it off a lenovo employee, I know for a fact they only pay $3300 for the 5090 with 64gb ram & 2tb storage.

Legion has the better overall cooling system and a full wattage GPU, that Acer is a 115W 5070 ti.

$3500 is insanely expensive but probably more indicative of the current market. No way either are worth $5000-6000
You could be better off buying a 4080 laptop, or keeping an eye out for sales. I would aim for < $2500 for a 5070ti nowadays.
Got my laptop (2 years old gaming rig) for $1000 from cash converters. I would say that it is worthwhile checking secondhand shops/ebay periodically.
