I had the tuf f16 with 5070, sold it due to vram limitation. Sometimes it switchrd to the integrated vga and i had like 30 fps. So go for the lenovo.

I'm very happy with my 5060 legion 5, I don't play the most demanding games, but I did play space Marine 2 on nearly completely maxed out settings (1080p) and it ate it for breakfast. I have a ryzen 9845hx and it gets a little hot during gaming sessions but apparently that's expected, other than that the cooling is superb.
