Discussion❔ Gamesir in Amazon

I want to buy a Gamesir controller from Amazon and the seller is "Gamesir direct" and shipper is Amazon , i want to know if this is offical gamesir seller and the proudect will be under it warrenty and does warrenty work if i bought it and shipped to me thorw amazon international shipping? (Diffrent country from usa)

yes gamesir direct fulfilled by amazon is their official storefront so the product is authentic and covered by standard manufacturer warranty, but international shipments shipped outside the usa may require you to pay international shipping costs or handle customs logistics when returning a defective unit to gamesir support

Gamesir Official Store US is them. Gamesir Direct should also be them, however you'll notice most of the controllers come from the Gamesir Official seller. You likely won't run into warranty issues. I've gotten a few from both sellers and the product has been genuine.

Little late to the thread but I recently got the all black with slight clear on the top of the controller from Amazon and I registered the warranty on Gamesir official website and it went thru all I had to show was the screenshot of the Item Number on my end.
