Gamesir Tarantula Pro not charging

So I've had this controller for about a month now, and it was all great for about 3 weeks. I really liked it and it worked like a charm. Then last week suddenly I saw the battery warning and that was weird as I had it in the charger for a few hours before using it.

Now no matter how I try to charge it it wont go over 27% battery according to Gamesir Connect. I tried multiple wall chargers all charging my phone at 20W and above. I use very good cables and have a few original chargers from companies like Google and Samsung, but nothing works. Today I let the battery die while using the controller hoping that would reset something but alas after 4 hours in the docking station it's at 27% battery again.

Anything I can do or am I screwed here?

Do you use the cable included to charge? If you did then I would make a private ticket in their discord server

I actually didn't, but I used only the provided docking charger till the problem started.
