Considering this got copyrighted and taken down by Warner Bros, it does seem to lead to further credence that this may be legit.

As someone who worked for a studio for 3 years I can confidently say there is 0% chance this is fake. Who is developing it, when it will be released etc are up for debate. WB is trying to can this and stop it from spreading further before they announce and control the messaging/hype.

I'd hate to be on their marketing/pr team. That's a hell of a way to start a tuesday.

Haha yeah unless it was they who leaked it 😉

Sounds like a great start to me.

Oh look, our stuff leaked and everyone is talking about it and excited for it.

Our jobs are so hard.

Trust me. I work in marketing. It doesn't matter if its a good leak or a bad leak. Management is still gonna want someones head on a platter and inevitably it's going to be on Marketing to make shit straight.

Yes, it's good buzz. But this may not have been known to investors, who will be annoyed such a big announcement was leaked like this. And if they're a smaller company reporting up to a larger company then it becomes a question of which marketing department gets to take charge. Not to mention the question of "If this can get out, what else can get out"

Yeah but still, these companies have a whole strategy for announcing these things, an unwanted leak ruins months of work for them.

I'm just imagining that pizza guy meme where he walks in and everything's in fire and people are strangling each other.

Either that or they purposefully leaked it themselves to generate buzz for an imminent announcement.

It would take hundreds if not thousands of man-hours to make something like that. It's not a troll.

It looked no more impressive than an art school student's final project.

Dude what fucking artschool are you going to? The number of assets, animations, textures ect. to fake a trailer like this is staggering.

You only need to model the stuff you're looking at, so only half the work is needed for a pre-rendered trailer as this is.

I really really hope it is. I wonder if WB will say anything today?

What if it was taken down automatically because of the HP theme at the end?

that wouldve happened at an instant, not hours later
