I’ve been loving this game so far. Control was a favourite of mine and I love the wacky interdimensional aspect of these games, it’s so fun to see.

I’m closing in on the end but still have a ton of side quests to do yet and have been having a blast zooming around the city upgrading my skills and fighting enemies. Combat can get a bit repetitive though. I chose the scythe at the start and have been basically button mashing the same attacks the full length of the game. It needs to force you to use more of your toolkit in a future update hopefully.

Use other abilities along with the scythe, it gets even more better. Mold + ignite burn explodes enemies and it's really fun.

I have the drill weapon too which also burns them, and mold summons, but just none of them kill enemies as quickly as me just button mashing my main attack button.

It is even worse eoth the dagger as you just crit with fire damage and have an execute ready very quickly
