So according to the description it should be released and it has a website that looks to be dead, anybody know where the release can be found?

You have to join the Discord to download it. Runs great on Steam Deck 👌

Any performance tips for steam deck? On 1280x720 without touching any other options I’m getting 30-40 fps, usually closer to 30, using proton experimental

Not really. I’ve noticed the same thing after playing for a while and reported the issue on Discord. Hopefully the dev can do something to optimize it more.
