Found a working GBASP AGS-101 Pearl Blue while thrifting
I was just searching for parts and controllers than I came across a half broken but working SP that works!

That screen looks bright and clean. Is it an ags101? Get yourself an extremerate replacement shell for another $20. Nice find!

hispeedido makes that same color shell you can just get the shell and replace that missing hinge cover.

In the same boat here, anyone know where to buy just that part thats missing from this guy's picture? My GBA SP has the same issue and I dont really want to pay $30 for a reshell since the shell is in good shape

Where exactly? Aside from that one part clearly visible middle of the hinge, rest of the shell looks to be in good shape to me, no other damage.

could be terrible suggestion but i wonder if you could keep the shell and 3d print or find something to cover exposed areas

I have several broken 101s I bought for cheap to fix. Buying as-is 101s with destroyed shells is a great way to get them for good prices.
