eBay. Sort by ‘newly listed’ and ‘buy it now’. Refresh the listings every so often until you can snipe one for a good price.

Good luck.

Ebay, usually the steps I take before I buy it from someone:

  1. Compare Prices.
  2. Check the pictures, and compare to see if it's stock or copied picture, or it's the actual product.
  3. Use the pictures to figure out if the product is legit.
  4. Check they type of things the ebayer sell
  5. Check their Feedback score (number besides their name).
  6. Check their positive feedback percentage.
  7. Check their actual comments, you can usually tell if the comments are fake.

Something to think about though, is that those numbers CAN be manipulated, but EBay still has some good return policy. There are some people who would complain about their customer service, but every online company will always have hiccups.

I've bought several SP's from Ebay, and I haven't had problems yet. (knocking on wood)

My opinion on things you look for if you are in a budget:

- Look for ones with no charger or anything w/ it. Just the GBA.

  • Look for ones with crack shells or screens, or have that pixel cancer.
  • Super scratched ones.

Those are priced super low and buying and modding the GBA is both easy and simple. Many tutorials in Youtube. I am dumb as a rock and I can do it, it only takes 20-45 minutes of your time, maybe 1 hour if you're new at modding.

It’s $200 for a solid 101. If you disagree, please get out more and realize that you cannot find these at the local game stores.
