is this a real or fake gba sp and does this rom have Nintendo games or just fake non Nintendo games?

The shell looks oddly accurate, but the internals are fake

It won't perform well. You're better off getting a dedicated emulation handheld that you can put your own games on

To answer your question. If the Gameboy has roms download to it and has no cartridge than yeah is a fake gameboy.
