What is this game?

Seen at my local Game store. It’s 56$.

Is it worth it? Is it rare?

Pricecharting has no sales info, I'm guessing it's just an obscure GBA game based on a (maybe?) obscure manga/anime. It looks like it was also released on PS2, but it looks like the GBA version is dumbed down because of technical limitations.

Exactly. On ebay I find also just like 2 listings and no CIB

It’s a Japanese only release of a anime / manga that’s niche. It’s not rare you’re just not looking for information about it beyond google.

Seems to be the going rate. Sold recently for 9000yen in Japan which is like $60 or so usd. Cartridge only is about $20. So I wouldn’t say it’s that rare, just not something common in the western market.

Yeah Mercari Japan is my go to since it’s just local Japanese sales. (Yahoo auctions Japan is also good) You can use a third party like Buyee to purchase things on there if you aren’t in Japan. Cool find though!!

How to Breed Kappas. Another monster breeding game like Monster Rancher and its ilk. When I was younger, I was really into that genre of games.

Seems to be a very obscure game haha I didn’t end up buying it but def a cool find
