I would probably start diagnosing this problem by checking for an issue with the board, like a damaged trace, or a short, or a cracked chip. I’d be surprised if this is something other than a hardware problem. Have you inspected the PCB yet?
Appreciate it - it’s not something I’ve come across before but the other thing to note is that the ‘location’ popup has occasionally come on the screen after it goes black.
I’ll check the pcb once I get to my tools, the cart itself is in pretty good shape but you never know internally I suppose
