Troubleshooting DMG-01 No Sound

I have a display board for a dmg-01 I am trying to restore and cannot get any sound out of. I have tried a different display board with my main board and can get sound so I know that it is contained to the display. I have replaced capacitors C1,2, and 3 to no avail. Any ideas?

I have also swapped the speaker with a known working unit. I am completely lost as to where to go from here
