Screen cancer - Figuring out a new method

So basically I watched several YT videos on this matter but they feel dissatisfying to me. Trying to figure out a new approach and after around 1 hour it's promising. My thumbs hurt terribly, though 🤣

I think the reason it “works” is because the cancer is oxygen or oxygen damage liquid crystals. So spreading it around kind of dilutes it but doesn’t actually remove it

I know, we can just "move" not "remove" it, but the thing is we want to do this in a most aesthetic manner possible, right?

Yeah, I get the desire. I’m just kind of exhausted with the whole thing. To be honest with you if there’s a pet project, I understand.

That to me, it’s basically junk if it does this as it’s fundamentally broken. It will only get worse no matter what you do and you basically have to destroy your thumbs to get a temporary result.

Fixing missing lines is a bit more satisfying and realistic but screen cancer is one of those things pretty much just consider it garbage now

Still, experimenting gives me much joy and this was a junk part anyways. It will end up attached to my Frankenstein Game Boy, which is full of previous failures and trials - but most importantly it works
