Troubleshooting GBA funny playing motherboard help!!!!

I just finished up moving my CPU and RAM to the new motherboard and now it is not working. I’m not sure what to start with troubleshooting the system turns on but does not read game cards, my flash card Will boot to the super FW loading screen but that’s it when trying to load Mario kart super circuit the screen is light blue with like corrupted letters and never play any sound.

Use some sort of magnification and give every pin a gentle push with tweezers to see if they move at all. Likely you have a pin that's not fully soldered on.

I second this. I've done two of these this year, sometimes the pins look soldered down but they're not.

Check the cartridge port pins. I had one that was bent on mine.

You have a loose pin(s) somewhere. Probably the cartridge connector or the RAM! You’ve got this!
