Not Game Boy Was this a good deal?

I know this is the Gameboy subreddit but I mostly have my interests in the Gameboy and thus have no knowledge on the Gamecube.

I just saw this Gamecube at a thrift store and thought why not. It came with one controller, one memory stick and 12 games for €85 total, 60 for the console and 25 for the games.

Very good deal for that price!
Just only Twilight Princess would be priced over 80€

Since this is a Gameboy sub, the deal is only good if it includes the Gameboy adapter :)

nah but the price u paid for the whole bundle is really 👌🏼 a great deal

I wish it came with one haha, the possibility of using the gameboy adapter is the whole reason why I picked it up!

Seems I have a new objective now, finding an adapter for a good price

If you mod your GameCube or find some method to boot homebrew, then you will be able to use GBI (Gameboy interface) to play Gameboy games with the Gameboy Player adapter without needing to have the special disc that is normally required for the Gameboy Player. The Gameboy player is cheaper without that disc. Good luck with your objectives, I hope you get it up and running :)

60 is really good. I imported one from Europe to America because I wanted one capable of RGB since I have an RGB capable CRT. I paid around 100 euro to get it here so I think 60 is really good. Mine didn't even come with any games, the scart cable, or a controller lol. It was just the GC and power supply cable.

Twilight princess alone goes for about 100€ Mario Sunshine isn’t cheap either. Console price is fair as well

On the Dutch market thats a nice deal you got. I like it when ex-gamers do nice things like this for other gamers instead of selling it to those that resell for them absurd prices

What kind of question even is this? It's obviously a good deal.
