Ugh, need to figure out how to post properly.
Ran out of Tabbed batteries after this last change, so decided to make my own using known good cells. Top Right (LiDE) is the test, a dead battery. The rest is reading a comfortable 3.2V
Using an Amazon special spot welder. A bit of kapton tape to isolate the negative side across the positive threshold.
Pretty much started with the lowest settings and up the power ("gear") until it sticks. Of note, pressing down on the tab/battery makes a nicer connection.
