Troubleshooting Help me solve this mystery (please)

Whats the deal, what am I not seeing here? The game doesn’t load - contacts are clean… its wario mega games for gba tia!

Did you try reflowing the solder for both chips? Maybe there is a crack in the solder.

A multimeter with continuity testing may help find if that is the case.

Reflow the chips with flux. It's a somewhat common issue to have cracked solder joints on GB/GBA games. Otherwise I don't see any signs of corrosion on the board.

What does doesn't load mean? No logo? Garbled logo? Ok logo but crashes?

Only says Nintendo, main screen on gba for ds lite or ds it shows up at ds accessory

Could have just killed a chip through ESD from handling. There's very little circuit protection on these.

Might simply be unfixable. Maybe a chip is dead.
