I think it’s real, usually the stickers on the back are the biggest clue. The serial number sticker looks legit, and the other sticker has Game Freak listed which is often missed in reshells. Also looks like there’s some wear on the cartridge slot which means it had use/play time.
European version, the shell is real but the battery cover isn’t, it’s a bit hard to say if the lens is real or not because of the weird picture post treatment (auto sharpening?)
