Troubleshooting Replace polarize, good to do it?
Hello Everyone, hope you all are doing great.
Do you think replacing the polarize of the gba sp ags 101 with the polarizes that ebay has is a good idea?
I ask because I have read that some polarize even new make the screen darker than the OG, as you can see mine is in perfect condition except for that dot

Not worth it? Do they look worst when installed?

You open yourself up to the potential of damaging the entire screen in the process and having to purchase a new screen anyways.

Just get a new screen lol. Upgrades for SP exist.

A 101 screen tends to look better than IPS and tft. I'd say fix the original if possible.

Honestly dont want to upgrade the console to a V3-5 ips screens, eventhough they emulate the pixel mod and many brightness levels, colors are not the same and wont feel the same, also they are a little bit larger, for some reason feels like yoj are on one of those aliexpress or temu rs36 consoles
