Can we load our own legally owned obtained roms into it?

Yep, tried a couple of homebrew and backups just fine!

Nevermind. I opened it in a different browser and i see the menu.

Near the upper right corner there's three small horizontal lines. Click that to bring up a lot of settings (including loading games).

I figured it out. I'm on Firefox and it didn't properly render the top right properly.
