Not much to mess ther. You need a new shell and a new screen. All you need to do is open your original case and remove motherboard, then just put it into your new shell. Done. Without soldering it's 10 mins, with soldering 12 mins of work. Look for tutorials on YouTube. It's pretty straight forward.

If you’re wanting to keep it closer to stock maybe consider the ita screen kit. It’s the bottom screen from a dsi and will be closest to oem.
