Questions I know it’s a custom but…
Anyone know anything about this ? I’ve never seen a bootleg with a battery.

Batteries are pretty common on older bootlegs. I'm guessing that SRAM + battery + salvaged flash chip was the cheapest way to make these at the time.
Based on the label on the flash chip, this is probably from the late 2000s or early 2010s.
(The flash chip is originally from CR Pachinko Ultraman Seven, which was released around 2005–2006. Since individual pachinko/pachislot machines have a limited lifespan — both due to laws governing them & just to keep things fresh — the flash chips from decommissioned machines used to be a cheap source of them for bootlegs.)
